Once you have contacted our friendly office staff about getting a quote for your exterior house painting job, they will ask you a few simple questions about your home and set up a time that we can come out to meet with you.  The actual bid will only take about 30 minutes of your time and we will ask you a few more simple questions about your home and your budget.  Most of our bids are prepared within 48 hours of meeting with you and sent by email.

Our sales staff will take the time to explain our process and our products that we prefer to use.  We will take the time to listen closely to your concerns and answer all of your questions.  We will give you three different options on the grade of paint that you can choose from and explain each product, warranty and which one is best for your home.

Once you decide to use Absolute Painting & Power Washing we will have you sign a contract and send a 30% deposit.  We will set a time for our pressure washing crew to come and give your home a very thorough cleaning.  We will ask you if you would like a free color consultation from our expert Beth Hall.  We will then set a date and time(weather dependant) to have our house painting crew start work which usually takes 1-3 days for most homes.

Our painting crews will show up on the day work begins and introduce the team and do a preliminary walk through of the job answering any questions you may have.  They will spend many hours prepping the home as this is the most important part.  They will check every inch of the home and repair and replace the caulking with a lifetime warranty elastomeric caulk.  This protects the home from water intrusion and helps the appearance.  We will fill holes and cracks as needed and scrape any loose paint.  Often times sanding and priming are required to help the paint job last a long time.  Our crews really take the time to mask off everything that is not getting painted and are very careful to cover and protect your landscaping.

We will then apply two coats of paint using an airless paint sprayer and back brush or back roll as needed.  Trim is carefully painted by hand.  Our crew leader will walk you through the job for a final inspection to make sure the work is perfect and do any needed touch ups at that time.  Upon customer satisfaction, we will carefully clean the entire work area, provide and label the touch up paint for you.  Most of our exterior paint jobs come with our 3 year warranty on labor and 25 years on materials and as always.......
